Returned3
Well, I finally obtained 70 range and can finally upgrade my range armour. So I did a little checking and found out that both the black d hide body and chaps have the same range att bonus as the karil's body and skirt, but the defense bonus has some difference. So I'm wondering which is better for body and legs? I'm not looking to buy Karil's coif or crossbow. 00:00:0500:00:0400:00:0300:00:0200:00:0100:00:00 Break the Walls down! Cptbaker08
ya black hides be better, unless you need alot of magic defense which not many people do. I have both lol but i do abberant spectre tasks and the like that need magic def. Returned3
Well it's pretty much a guarantee that I'm buying Black dragonhide then. Thanks for both of your persuasion. Now may a mod lock this? 00:00:0500:00:0400:00:0300:00:0200:00:0100:00:00 Break the Walls down!
D Jay99
If you're just ranging, d'hide is better. For magic defence, for example against waterfiends or bloodvelds, karils is better.

I wish I had known that earlier... I do range but I use my ranger armour more for its magic dences. 14k wasted d'oh :wall: 00:00:0500:00:0400:00:0300:00:0200:00:0100:00:00 Break the Walls down! ilovecardj
Only uses for karils are mage defense as said above. Use dhide everywhere else Used at waterfiends, mithril drags and sometimes zammy/bandos Dhide is way more then enough for bloodvelds =]. In fact I just wear my void top/bottom at bloodvelds cause I think dhide is ugly. even if I get a bit less defense Its way more then enough ;) Dragon Drops: 80+ boots, 7 med, 3 skirt, 2 left half, 2 Spear, 2 2hSlayer: 30+ whips, 4 Bows, 1 Mask, 3 Granite Legs, 1 Visage (Wyverns)Notable GWD Splits: Bandos Tassets: 12, Bandos Chest: 11, Bandos Hilt: 2Proud Slayer of 99 Att/Str/Def/HP/Range/Summoning
vettro
Dhide is better cause it's so cheap. Karils just gets a little more mage defense.
