hitman76
well, right now, this very instant, on runescape my character is on wave 36 of the fight caves (second try) and i got bored so i decided to log out and chill a bit before heading back. First thing i decided to do once i get the fire cape (i will try enough times till i get it, i have supplies for about 4-5 more tries) is get 80 magic to aid me on my slayer missions. Now, ive tried the power-humidify method (if you dont' know about it, don't worry about it ;) ) and its really fast, but hell, it strains the wrists and it gets soooooooooooooooooooooooooo boring... ive also tried alching, and i wouldn't mind alching but...yea...lol its alching you know what i mean. so my main question is, is there any mage training method that won't make me broke (willing to spend/lose 1-1.5mil) or might even make me a bit of profit that is well, lets just frankly put it, not boring? (im willing to alch up the 3 lvls if there are no other options) also if you suggest alchemy can you please also suggest what item to alch? i would greatly apreciate it : Thanks in advance, all constructive comments greatly apreciated  [Thank you very much Skull_Emblem For the Beutiful Sig And Jopie for doing the Text]
theone_ian
For alching, buy 100 addy plates and 100 black dhides, then alch yew/magic longs.
Inuashakent
Fight caves should barely cost anything... And you can always try Alching, Humidify, Humidify/magic imbue, burst rock lobs, or humidify vials. (noob question pl0x? or not...) lol and thanks for the burst rock lobs suggestion, you think i can get 77-80 with 1.5mil? and fight caves costs me about 150k-200k each try lol. For alching, buy 100 addy plates and 100 black dhides, then alch yew/magic longs. Might you state why? sounds good because ive never heard of it, and things i havnt heard are usualy good  seriously explain please? :geek: [Thank you very much Skull_Emblem For the Beutiful Sig And Jopie for doing the Text]
Inuashakent
' Adamant plates had a huge increase in Alching price a while back. You could do Rock lobsters, but you would need to make some money first. Magic imbue is a spell that can be cast every (4?) casts of Humidify, without losing ANY time at all, which basically means free xp. It's a lunar spell, but ignore its actual effect. Once it's real affect wears off, you can recast it, which is why you need to cast 4 humidify in between. Here's a guide After you watch that one... here's how to take it to the extreme. (Nobody would actually do that, but it's a possibility ;) ) Edit: Unlike the people in the video, use a Fishbowl, as it's first option is to empty it. Thanks again, ima watch the video's right now EDIT: magic imbue is 82 mage, im trying to get 80 :-# anyway of doing another method to get the same (lower obviously) results? Inuashakent
Actually, for most people it's better just to do Humidify. You lose a bit of xp, but you spend much less cash. [Summoning guide (AOW)] [Slayer guide] [Melee & Brawl player]
ladycai
I like alching. oliboli1992
i found 2 items yesterday that alches for a profit..blue mystic boots and gloves, buy in the g.e for lowest which was for me 5720, and i bought nats 250gp each... 5720+250 = 5970..they high alch for 6k each so 30gp profit per item.. [spoiler=Sig] I like to think of the Dark Bow like a Rocket Propelled Grenade (RPG) - you get one shot and then you're screwed.
