not getting experience from oak planks

Hey, well im lvl 27 construction and wanted to get it up so i started makign oak planks. the first load i got experience for, but now i dont get any, i still get the planks and pay him but no experience. Help please.

Do you mean making items using Oak planks? Because you said "I still get planks and pay him"... .?

lol my bad, going back and reading the construction calc notes at the bottom and i just saw that lol. I was surprised on how easy it was. well thanks. but why did i get xp the first time lol. I was at a couple hundred xp till 28 now im at 184.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Edit: So what would be the fastest way of training construction, as well as cost effective, but speed comes first.

Oak larders and just do the best oak item until youre able to do them.

well at lvl 30 making oak larders is the fast to like 70 then do oak doors for dungeon. and it is relatively cheap. not sure on the specfics but less the about 5 mil id say as a guess.
