wow.....think i been helping out on this calc since the summer glad to see its up :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: :thumbsup: mem running out and got 5mil so i think its time to buy some rune bolts :)

This is perfect, I just got 61 range for rune c'bow, and since I've got some spare gold, I'll help with the rune bolts.

 

 

 

I'm still fresh on 61 so I'm sure I'll get the max for it. :)

Finally back, got some ranging with rune c'bow/bolts, rapid and no extras:

 

lv 61 - 19 max hit

 

lv 62 - 20 max hit

Just got 93 range so ill post mine up when i get them (at duel arena now maxing them)

hey, just been looking on google for a calc and i found this topic.

Just a heads up, you can add "at 73, max is 23" from the post by "NanasRevenge" to the top list.

I'll post when I find the maxes for lvl 96 through 99, I am lvl 96 range right now, training for lvl 99.

I just killed 75 white knights, and I never hit higher than 29, I think that it's definitely 29 at level 96 ranged.

According to "Steel Sponge":

(me) "Range level?".

 

(him) "78".

I got lvl 97 range earlier, and I went to test my max, it still seems to be 29...

 

seems really low to me, but I can't get it to hit higher, so I guess that's it...

 

I made sure by waiting till I saw 10 29's come by, never saw a 30, so I guess that's it...

77 Range: 24 max hit (tested by Me Llamo)

98 and 99 will should be 30s according to the pattern of the others and that's the max it'll go with rune bolts. Just confirm it when you get the levels. Keep up the leveling. Nice work!!! :thumbup:

i dont have any higher max hit but i was wondering, what about the d bolt? and gem (e) bolt?

As you can see, it's been a struggle even to get the data for the plain bolts, lol.

 

 

 

People have asked about collecting data for enchanted bolts ... but then I believe the damage you're inflicting would be based on multiple factors, right? The affects of some bolts are random, right?

 

 

 

I do not foresee the Crew trying to collect data for enchanted bolts - it's been hard enough just getting the basics. If someone wants to try to start collecting data, such as in a Beginner Guide in Player Made Guides, give us a link to it when you have some going. :)

This doesn't really have to do with the calc, but...

 

 

 

Just for kicks, I bought 50 rune bolts and managed to kill 20 blue dragons collecting 20 blue dragonhides and 20 dragon bones and with the alchemy and coin collection, just over 2k in gold. Easily more than 100 strikes from a purchase of 36k, but it's not exactly a cost effective way of training ranging. If you're gonna use 'em, might as well get some cash from it, right?

 

 

 

On another note, I got stuck with Black Dragons for a Slayer task (less than 50 of them) and got 3 clue scrolls...all with rune bolts in the rewards...so I was able to do some research on them, too.

The max hit at level 99 ranged does indeed appear to be 30.
