November 1, 200817 yr He is moving between them at a set time interval, so the best choice would be to stick in one place and wait. R.I.P. oO000oO0oO00, RS2 range pure transformed to a maxed PvM char in EoC, ten years of time completely wasted.Good to be gone :)

November 2, 200817 yr I would recommend going to the spot south of the elf city and chop magic trees or spend some quality time high alching until they finally show up. If that doesn't appeal to you, then world hop until you stumble across a world where they are.
