What's the best way to train range F2P?

At your level i would do Moss Giants till you hit level 60. From level 60 to level 75+ do Lesser Demons and from level 75+ do Giant Spiders or Ice Warriors/Giants. If you get 90+def and 80+ ranged you could considder ranging Ankou.

 

 

 

Use a maple shortbow and iron arrows until you hit about 70ranged, then start using steel/mithril arrows. When you reach level 80+ ranged it is a must to use mithril arrows when you range ankou, if you decide to continue ranging spiders use bronze arrows without picking them up for powertraining.

what kind of arrows are you using? If iron, then kill the higher level minotaurs. They give you "unlimited arrows." They drop more arrows then you use.

I found using bronze arrows at flesh crawlers without picking them up and partially afking to be the best way to train range. The problem with spiders is you will get hit a lot, at 85 defence in d hide I was getting hit quite often so I ditched the place and flesh crawlers have been great for me since.

Flesh Crawlers. Best bow/gear and bronze arrows. Just sit in the center of the room and let them hack away at you while you fire back. Very fast xp. You can switch to Giant Spiders after a high defense level.
