wines give 200xp ea and is actually the fastst way to lv cooking. not sure about xp/hr but i figured that it would take about 18m gp to get to 99 using wines but that might have changed since last i checked on grape prices.

Each wine gives 200xp. You need about 46847 wines.

The total loss for buying grapes and selling wines is: 15.7m

Exp per hour is: 90k xp per hour (Each wine takes about 4 sec to make and 8 sec to ferment, plus banking and withdrawing)

is that with taking into consideration that you can ferment wines in bank instead of keeping them in inventory?

Yes, you can add jug of water with grape in less than 4 seconds each and repeat (but I dont know if it give xp before or after you fermenting wine, assuming you ferment it successfully)

I've heard of rates estimated at 400k exp/hour.

you get xp after it ferments but your numbers seem a little low

4secs per wine

14 wines per inventory

=56 seconds per winex200xp per wine

=56 seconds for 2.8k xp lets assume 5 secs for bank so

61seconds for 2.8k lets say 50 invens in a hr incase of randomes etc.

50x 2.8= 140kxp an hr

of course this could be alot higher if its less than 4 sec per wine or if you get no randomes

It's simple:

Use grape on jug of water.

Store in bank.

Repeat.

why not just throw the wines in the bank and leave em to ferment while you do next load?

That already been taken into account, my calculation takes the possible lag and random events into account (now these may or may not happen for every hour). 90k per hour is the base number, you can get up to as five times as many xp assuming you can do each wine under 2 seconds and have no random events/lag
