How the [Potatoes] do you burn a DVD?

Featured Replies

Hey tip.it..

Long story short, I have a video. A Windows Movie Maker Video. I want to put it on a DVD, not a CD. I need it to be able to play on a Television DVD player.

Could someone, PLEASE tell me what I need to do... do I need a special burner? Do I need to change the file format? Anything...

Please tell me all the steps required.. because the is the second time, for a school project, i havent gotten it to work on a tv...

Please...

Its been a LONG time since I've used windows movie maker but if I remember correctly you can create something like a super video cd or something that'll play on a dvd player. Or you could get something like Nero, cause I'm sure it'll have something that will allow you to do what you want.

Potatoes wont do you much good in burning a dvd lol.

You could download Dvd Flick for the job, you need a dvd-r disc and dvd burner. It has a manual which you can read for instructions.

Or a CPU with (I forget what that drive was) two slots for cd's...But I think those are of the past.

Amen, brudda (referring to the 10th commandment)

If you have Vista there is a built in feature called DVD maker, never used that before but I assume that converts your windos movie maker files into DVD format

Oh [Potatoes]..

Its been two [Obama] years since I've tried getting the [Cabbage] DVD to work..[ ]

The problem is, none, of the 32 comps in my school have DVD burners... My dads friend, who's in the IT business, doesn't even have one...

I guess I'll just have to present it with the projector...

Thanks anyways.
