November 5, 200817 yr I high-alched most of my lower-level pouches, they're worth more than the cost of natures and were more valubale as magic exp to me at the time. Failing that, try the G/E or hold on to them :D

The effort of trading them in as pouches is way greater then the rewards, whereas scrolls only take 1 place making them much more worth while Trading in scrolls gives you either 10 or 20% less shards. I forget which, but either way, you should never trade in scrolls unless you got them through a trade, in which case it would most likely be better to keep them for future trades.
