Ape Atoll Agility

So, I keep hearing conflicting reports on Ape Atoll for agility in terms of when one should switch from Wilderness Agility to AAA. As I understand it, below a certain agility level, the Atoll course has such a high fail rate as to making training there a bad idea. I have heard reports ranging from 65 to 70 to even level 75 agility before it become a "good" place to train. What's the min level to switch from Wilderness to Ape with a reasonable rate of success?

I trained there from 60-65. Your fail rate isn't that high by level 60, and you could always grab some agility potions from the GE. (Agility potions are extremely cheap). Just remember to bring a knife, so that you can gather up the pineapple each rotation, and use it for free healing.

At level 65, I did perfectly fine at AA. You can go a long time without failing but then all your fails are bunched together.

World 46 is the Agility guild at AA.

You stop failing at lvl 75, but the amount of fails is already really low at lvl 70. From lvl 73 to 75 I failed 3 times. Start running laps there at 70, you won't even need food.

Plus I think the whole teenage girl thing will end soon (hopefully), because my girlfriend is absolutely in love with him(she is 18), and im beginning to feel threatened by his [Justin Bieber] dashing looks.
