need to start on dogs near Ardougne but can't find any. Could anyone help please.

There's some that are in the fenced in area north of Ardougne, west of Seers.

North of the southern bank there is a mansion, there is 4 dogs surrounding it.

You can kill that sad dogs in brimhaven dungeon too.
