It's my turn! (hasn't done one yet)

so is that dragon or what? (ignore the legs and boots, because we all know what they look like, I only added them to get a rough idea of how it would look with my plate concept)

anyways.. I doubt it will look anything like that...

Please dont comment on wrong proportions etc, etc, I know it's not perfect, nowhere near perfect. Resist the urge to get all "high and mighty" on me, because I can do better than this, much better :P

looks good, cool idea, but the white really ruins the image, try shading with a lighter red, not a hard white.

Lol, just imagine there is a spotlight shining on it or something.

Because, literally, all I did was click on the "lighten/darken tool and swish a few areas with white to make it less flat. I is very lazy :P

Plus, you wouldn't call it shading when you are trying to make areas brighter, hehe.

Good look, but awkward posture (was the platemail trying to bend its back?)

Ok, to be honest, I never intended to add the legs (it was like a... "well, why not" sort of thing) and the posture I made is more or less an intentional joke, it looks like it's bending it's back because the legs are straight :P .

(has anyone noticed that I made the front of the platebody look like a dragon head? lol)

I spy a few issues in your perspective(the foot) and your proportions. The thighs are too short as well.

Like I said, I fully recognise it's [bleep]ed up proportions, it literally took me a few seconds to sketch up the legs and boots, not much effort there lol.

There was no point in doing this piece then if you don't put effort in.

I actually was going to say that, but you did... :)

But still, why didn't you go through and do a nice one rather than just 'swishing my mouse around'.

I know you have your life to live, I'm just saying that it would be much nicer and easier to examine if you did take the time.

It would mean more days to work on, but it would turn out better in the long run.

(I'm not flaming or being 'high and mighty', but its what I learned from my art professors) ;)

See, I respect that.

(To everyone else)

I'll have a better piece up soon, I've actually drafted a few.
