samcowcow
hello, I have some questions about the new minigame. please give me some advice :) thanks! 1. All I want from the minigame is the new armor (head, body and leg) I heard that as long as you don't operate it to change its form, you can use it as long as you like. So, I am thinking of using it as rune armor, or black d hide armor, and don't change its form so I will never need to recharge it. Is this possible? 2. What is the most efficient way for me to get points in the game? Max combat, 99 magic, 76 WC, 67 Hunter, 62 mining, 74 Con, 91 summon... (rsn: thisisabook) Thank you! Kickthat
It's an armour in itself. You can't change it into armour that already exists, just between its own melee, range and mage styles. Not sure it would last forever if you don't change it, cause the tool expires even if it doesn't change, if you're using it enough.

I mean that they have the same stats as runes...I think. and I will use it as rune armor or d hide...if they have the same stats..
Kickthat
Oh right, I follow you. Yeah it sounds a good idea. Im not too sure of the stats but you might be right. Still not sure that it will last indefinitly though as the tool doesn't :S
Kellis
Pretty sure that you can use it like that indefinitely. Mine for some reason keeps on randomly changing when I'm wearing it, using up charges, but this is most likely just a glitch that hopefully will soon be fixed. samcowcow
Thank you. I hope it's just a glitch that it changes in form when you wear it :S otherwise...when fighting a monster..and it suddently changes to mage robe... could you give me some advice on getting points
deathfish27
Getting points is fairly easy, especially if you have a good fletching or runecrafting lvl. Just make arrows or runes from the best quality clay that you can, and use the clay familiar's scroll to bank for easy points. I use the armor as a lighter replacement for rune, and it works fine for me. The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.Yeah, everyone loves me! Mr_Adam
Or you could mage people, and get exp as well. Take peoples drops and then deposit them for points. You'd probably want to be on ancients as well... and watch out for pickpockets and people who like to pile ancienters :ohnoes:
Kellis
If you've got some decent skill levels, it's easy to rack up many fast points. Find a resource that you can gather QUICKLY (generally one clay for every two hits of the tool or better). Make yourself the highest tool you can. Then just run trips back and forth from the clay to the nearest creation kiln. Make arrows, runes, or something stackable (arrows are nice because you can equip them for an extra free space.) Rinse and repeat. Once you've got <2 minutes left, sprint back to your base and deposit all the arrows and the too. 60k-80k points per game easily. Using a familiar to deposit items regularly is easier, you run less risk of getting lost(I lose all sense of direction in that blank gray wasteland), and you won't lose all your hard made arrows(or whatever you make) from getting killed once. All in all, using the familiar is faster, easier, and safer than saving up items and depositing at the last few seconds. Clay familiar scrolls get 2 thumbs up from deathfish(that's me!) The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.Yeah, everyone loves me! Definitely worth it.
samcowcow
thank you guys! I will use the method you guys teach me :) I also would like to know.. how many points will I get per game? I played 2 games so far, and got like 9k points for first game, 20k points for second game. I checked the reward place, my points so far is...24000 something. For the armors set, I would need around 100k I guess. thanks :)
Kellis
With these grinding tactics, you can get at least 30-50k per game. Since you need like a total of 200k points for everything, that's what, 4 games? Easy.
michel555555
personally i like taking a familiar and stealing runes from hard working mages  i got 90k points by just doing this the entire game. [spoiler=click you know you wanna]Me behave? Seriously? As a child I saw Tarzan almost naked, Cinderella arrived home from a party after midnight, Pinocchio told lies, Aladin was a thief, Batman drove over 200 miles an hour, Snow White lived in a house with seven men, Popeye smoked a pipe and had tattoos, Pac man ran around to digital music while eating pills that enhanced his performance, and Shaggy and Scooby were mystery solving hippies who always had the munchies. The fault is not mine! if you had this childhood and loved it put this in your signature!
RayOxide
Using the highest level resource you can, running to a kiln and making that into runes or arrows, and repeat. Currently fastest way. Btw. The armour is fail. Mage = Mystic Melee = Rune Range = GREEN dhide. But the tools are so awesome. (Check my General Discussion Post: viewtopic.php?f=30&t=770278 most items info are on 2nd page) Other than this, by using the highest level resource you can, 1=0 2=20 3=40 4=60 5=80 (Hunter / Fishing / Mining / Woodcutting) Then turning the CLAY into runes or arrows. If you have say level 4 clay, to make runes you need lv 60 rc, arrows, 60 fletching Level 5 is 80 rc / 80 fletch. Get it? Anyway I'd do the way I said. By this, a close Kiln to 2 lv 4 resources easily got me 65k per game. Good luck. I dont need a siggy no moar.
