I know the average run is 85 seconds. I know the average run at Ghraaks in just under a minute. ~It's Super Effective! That's about 2.2k an hour but in no way rush. Also at 75 agility I only use 1 dose of super energy per trip, I wear all the weight reduction gear. Trust the Gene Genie!
