November 18, 200817 yr I am lvl 72, and im looking to make a nice profit from both training my defence lvl and looting from monsters. Any good suggestions for me? Im currently training at ice warriors/giants and making about 10-30k per run, and each run is like 20 min.

November 18, 200817 yr Roach workers are better XP, hit less often, and drop boats of nats. Something to fill my sig with until I find a replacement.Also check out my blug

If you are a member, then you could kill green dragons tolerably well with those stats and get some great cash(not the best exp though). F2p has fewer options, but roach workers in the safety stronghold or flesh crawlers in the security stronghold are ok exp/cash.(I'm not sure about flesh crawlers though). Good luck! November 19, 200817 yr Be more specific about your stats. Lvl 72 could mean a lot of things. But overall, I would recommend cockroach workers. Green Dragons/Ankous. I always say the same things. Cockroach soldiers are inconsistent, I don't recommend them. The OP's F2P... Ah, this reminds me about the noob on the Runescape forums who was upset with the quest "Cold War" because apparently his grandparents died in the war. :wall:
