Im currently at 56 smithing and would like to get it up to 60, what would the best way to level it be, i also have a morphic tool and i can get more so should i use that? And what about mining my own ores? I would also like 60 mining as well.

Always use the morphic tool.

 

 

 

Steel bars are decent, that's how I'm raising mine. Alternatively, you can mine and smelt iron ore with a ring of forging. How much money are you willing to spend on this?

last week i achieved 60 smith on f2p (w00t) off superheating mith bars got 70 mage too

 

made about 300k but i think they peaked after every1 found out (after i finished of course :P)

Buy iron ore and rings of forging.

 

Smelt into bars (best place to do this is edgeville)

 

Use volatile/morphic hammer to smelt into arrowheads. (At varrock west bank)

 

 

 

Bars cost more than iron ore, and the 15 arrowheads per par costs slightly less than a bar, but more than an iron ore, so in the end you make a small profit. The arrowheads sell quickly due to fletchers. You could just smelt the iron into bars and sell the bars to make a larger profit, but that would take longer as you recieve more exp from smelting with the hammer.

 

 

 

If you smelt steel or mithril instead, it will take far longer than smelting iron, as you will have to make lots more bank trips.

If you got lots of money to spend you could smith the best mith item you could make until 60.

 

(wastes loads of cash :( ) you could also superheat mith bars

Smelt your own steel bars.

 

 

 

For money make cannonballs. Very very slow xp but pretty decent cash.

 

It's been a while since I smithed with steel bars, so thats all I know.

I think i might take Baleout advice and do that, shouldnt take to long to get there.

Do not smith in Edgeville.The uses on the rings of forging will be messed up because of the armour.Use neitiznot or port [ghostly] here.

if you know how to smith mithril bars you can average 900-1k per hour thats how i got 60 smith from 54 in less than 4 hours
