Coffee, anyone?

Featured Replies

Ok, this is not that serious of a discussion. However...

So there's tea, how about coffee? It could raise attack by 1 or 2, but then, after a while, it lowers attack 1 or 2. Then, it evens out. Why? That's what the caffeine in coffee does in real life: it wakes you up a little, but then you crash.

Coffee beans could be farmed, roasted, then ground, but not with the mortar and pestle, I think. It would have to be some sort of grinder. The roasting and brewing of coffee could give small cooking xp.

Thoughts? I can't believe I posted such a nooby idea :)

Hah, that's a cool idea :P Coffee and bagels with cream cheese. Just like Foamy the Squirrel! Okay, so I'm silly over here too, but coffee sounds good on RS. My character needs some sugary stuff.

Instead of attack it oculd raise energy a bit, in real life it raises fatigue and in scape energy is the new fatigue lol.

awesome idea...it is rather pathetic seeing their hot drinks section......

although it should give a decent bit of experience seing how much trouble it would take to make.

not really its more of a go or no thing, I say go.

I would say it should heal 10 energy or something, because of the caffeine :P

Ya, that's a good point. I should have thought of that!

If you REALLY wish to see some useless, idiotic ideas...just look for the person who's name appears the most on the "authors" section of the Discussion forums. Compared to his posts, coffee sounds like the new Dragon Plate. Won't name names...but you know who it is.

Good idea :D

An alternative to energy potions and strange fruits is nice

hehe. maybe have the coffee create an effect like the 2005 easter eggs.

when u drink it, it makes you go all hyper and crap.

maybe there could be different kinds of coffee so are better then others and require cooking lvls u should add the cooking lvl

yeah it could really speed up game play, like u move 2* as fast. then u crash and move half as fast. for the normal coffee

then u have 3* the speed and 3* the rest

then 3* the speed and 2*the rest

and so on and so forth

Well I knew you wouldn't agree. I know how you hate facing facts.

Great idea, just think of how hyper our char. would get lol.

Maybe even have some hot chocolate that would be nice since you can only make tea and nettle tea which is kinda sad really.

Ooh I like the idea of being able to go hyperactive in Runescape and then crashing:P Cool idea, I'd like to see it implemented:)
