Rahila Posted November 20, 2008 Share Posted November 20, 2008 This is just kind of a basic/random question I figured could generate some interesting discussions: Is conforming to society a bad thing, and do you ever act unlike yourself to fit in with your peers? as for me, I like fitting into crowds and being what people see as "cool". I have no problem admitting (to people i don't know and myself) that I do conform to the way my friends/peers act. I talk in generally the same way they do, I do some things that they do even if i don't particularly like it, etc. Some people see this as a weakness, but I have plenty of friends, have no trouble getting girls, and enjoy going out more than anything. Yea it's the opposite, but that doesn't mean it's not the same topic. I could make a topic about if God is fake and although it's the opposite as the "Is God Real?" topic, it would be pointless.
