Gandorf61
I'm currently wanting to level up my cooking level from 68 to 70 or possibly 80. What my question is what should I cook at my level so that I lose the least amount of money but still get relatively good xp? The only thing that comes to mind is trout as I would break even if they sell on the GE. I was hoping for something that gave a bit more xp than 70 per each item. I'll be buying everything off GE so hopefully nothing to expensive. Any help or advice? Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! basiliko
Karambwan (80/190 cooking exp each) can make small profit of 20. The Haraguroi Club: Where Yandere Thrive for Chopping
defenceattack
you can use anchovy pizzas. But the plain pizzas and cooked or raw anchovies and make anchovy pizzas. They give decent exp and can make over 75k an hour
Gandorf61
How much xp do anchovies give you when you add them to a pizza? 39xp? or 182xp? Also how often are Karambwan cooked perfectly rather than poisonous? Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig! RayOxide
http://tip.it/runescape/index.php?page= ... _guide.htm Karambwan is extremely hard to come by, and, extremely annoying to fish. AND extremely annoying to cook. At 68 you can use gaunts to not burn lobs. ;) Anyway anchovy pizzas are very annoying to use to level like the karambwan - they sell and are easy to get but the xp rate is.. LOW. I dont need a siggy no moar.
ultimatballr
Just use lobs, with the time you save you can spend it doing something else to make back the money you lost. "Cheap" methods of cooking are pretty much useless since the loss with lobs really is not so high that getting it back in a few hours time is impossible. And as Ray said, you don't burn them at 68 which means you have zero factors other than the buying and selling prices or raw/cooked lobs to calculate. --- Hell I will even do the calcs for you. -Buying at Mid- Raw Lob: 331 gp ea Cooked: 276 gp ea Total lobsters needed for: 70 cooking = 610 75 cooking = 4,550 80 cooking = 11,014 Total loss taken for: 70 cooking = 33,550 gp lost 75 cooking = 250,250 gp lost 80 cooking = 605,770 go lost So for 80 cooking you would have to make 55k (55,070) in 11 hours to break even. You can make 55k exp an hour making bowstrings  . *BTW I did 75 because you said 70 and you said maybe 80. I like round numbers and since your only 2 levels from 70 felt maybe you may want to go a bit more.* Apparently, my signature was to big.
Gandorf61
^ Oh thank you very much. The tables help a lot. I thought the loss would'd be greater. But I have 3M in cash to spend so I think I could afford 80 cooking using lobsters. It also helps that I have cooking gauntlets. Thanks again. : Pyramid Plunder Guide Tip.it Forum Rules Adventurer's LogThanks to Cowboy14 for the awesome sig!
