November 23, 200817 yr Mirror shield is really a must have. Why not? They're easily slain anyway. Just bring along a mirror shield and some food, and you can cruise through 90 of them in a breeze.
November 23, 200817 yr You wouldnt even be able to kill 1 without the shield lol, it hits high over and over and lowers your stats. There MIGHT be safespots, im really not sure though. Quit. PM me if you play The Conduit to exchange friend codes.

If it's anything like a basilisk(which I once accidentally attacked with a 2h weapon), not even that would help. You simply can't kill cockatrices or basilisks without a mirror shield, your stats quickly drop (mine dropped to low 20's from high 60's before I got away, but it would probably keep going from there) and you get hit hard and fast. Don't even try. The quest points in the stat pic above this message is wrong, disregard it.Yeah, everyone loves me!
November 24, 200817 yr once I attacked a dust devil without my helm. by the time I escaped all my stats barring hp and prayer were 1. I think it's like that for all slayer monsters.
November 24, 200817 yr not all slayer ones, just certain ones themselves, and ones in certain areas, like in smoke
