I think those three pieces make the platebody because each is 9.7m atm.(Around 30m together)

very strange....i was surfing the RSOF and the prices of drag plate are around 30-33m. does this mean its not going to rise and be like 200m street price? and explain these "shards"

You might want to wait for one documented case of someone finishing the quest before coming up with these questions, expecting people to answer you, buddy!
