Unless you're planning to switch to P2P you might as well use it. So, I'd say steel arrows should be a minimum(they're still cheap). As for F2P monsters... Never really trained range in F2P. When I did, I used iron arrows in the Minotaur room because they drop them and I'm cheap(I had VERY little money). Click here to learn the best profit from MTK.
