Information has not been released on how much it drains the special bar. Jagex also states there is a good chance for high damage. I'm assuming this is like the Dragon Dagger. So I just put the title dragon claws, because thats what this thread is about.. 1 item pjers... Pvp is doomed, now 1 itemers can hit 8 times in mere seconds, with more power than the dragon dagger.
