November 30, 200817 yr I am going to be training combat and crafting the cowhide way, I am a fairly low lvl (28) so I was wondering if there is a ring in F2P that would help with combat stats. Any ideas?

November 30, 200817 yr Explorer's Ring is the only ring that actually has any use in F2P. Even though it doesn't have very high combat stats, you can use the low-alchemy on some drops, and use the cabbage teleport to leave when you're done. SLAYERGEEK

November 30, 200817 yr That's like saying Berserker Ring is useless, It's the only ring with strength bonus, (if not then correct me), Explorer's ring is the ONLY ring in F2P that gives stats at all so it would be worth it just for stats. As it is the only F2p ring with stats (and no negetive stats either) you might as well get it and just keep it on permanantly (well for as long as you are F2p that is ;) ) Woodcutting does not raise your combat level because most people do not play as yew trees.

November 30, 200817 yr It gives you the stats, and seeing as there is no other ring in F2P with a use you could keep it on at all time yeah... My guide: Ring of Wealth explained 8 Dragon Boots (885 kills, 1/111, with RoW)

But the OP is looking for a ring that helps with combat, and I doubt that a +1 bonus will help him. But this is the explorer's ring we're talking about. December 1, 200817 yr Every little pray bonus helps. Even though I got it for the cabbage teles for farming, I still find it useful while pking in f2p.
