Theres a j mod post that says you can. But it's VERY rare, like, really, really rare. I've yet to hear a SINGLE account of it happening from anybody respectable, so for the time being nobody really know.

In regards to how to obtain another set, you can either buy it from another player or via the Grand Exchange. Alternatively, you can continue to kill the Knights.
