But to be successfull in using magic atatcks you will need to wear low defence gear, in which barrelchest will eat you alive. You may have read that somewhere, but it isn't correct unless it has changed in the last couple of weeks.

Just bring a super set and plenty of good food and you should be fine IMO. If I remember correctly prayer doesn't work against the boss so don't rely on that.
