July 12, 200521 yr ok when i go to hotmail i can get in via entering my password and email address but after i get in and click on either one or two (links) e.g. mail or a message it will log me out and ill have to log in again and then try and get back to my mail page and it will log me out again and this happens over and over with no progress being made. Im using Firefox but the same problem happens when i use IE, im running windows xp Pro, if any more info is required plz tell me thanks, Phil Aussie Aussie Aussie, :D
July 12, 200521 yr Hmm.. Sounds quite weird. It might be some option in the web browser? That you don't allow certain stuff to happen etc? Do you have any software of the kind that might hinder you from accessing certain sites?

July 14, 200521 yr Maybe by mistake you said "dont allow hotmail to work" on your zonealarm.. i have done it before.. :lol: Couldnt figure out why the hell I couldnt use MSN but then i closed zonealarm and it worked... :wink: try that 8)
July 14, 200521 yr yeh msn works thou That's actually pretty irrelevant as in most firewalls, the different softwares have different "controls/options".

July 18, 200521 yr Alright now people have this problems sometimes with phpBB2 as well. Now chances are something is blocking the cookie that Hotmail sends to your computer to signial youre logged in. Now you need to check your intenret options to make sure your allowing cookies. Also you need to check whatever anti-spyware, adware, ware ware etc. and try and add a specific item for Hotmail aka msn.com. That should fix the problem.
July 18, 200521 yr Go to the privacy tab of Zonealarm Pro and make sure that hotmail.com and msn.com are all "green ticked" right click properties on them and make sure that you have allowed everything in there including 3rd party cookies.
