background and text bad choice

I dont really like the background or text, and that border makes it look weird.. U still need practice, i rate that 4/10

Fantastic for a first try :P

 

 

 

My first try was: Blue/Red strokes on a 300 x 150 bg, I then used clouds and difference clouds (I thought u had to use clouds before difference worked) Then I radial blurred it added a few kill notices and voila :PLOL

i think its really good for your first time on your own, u might want to change the font its a bit uneasy on the eyes :), 6.5/10 pretty good!
