God Wars Advice...

Featured Replies

Hello,

If me and my two mates wanted to go to God Wars what levels would we need to do Bandos or Armadyl successfully...

Would it be better for the 3 of us to range or melee Bandos?...

Many thanks...

Bandos: 80+ melee stats

Armadyl: 85+ ranged and defence.

And you're better off meleeing Graardor.

Dragon drops: 82 (2 claws)

Dagannoth kings drops: 73

Barrows item count: 51

GWD drops: 54 (5 hilts: 1x bandos, 3x saradomin, 1x zamorak)

Whips: 4

Sigils: 1x spectral (FFA), 1x arcane (FFA)

I range solo bandos and I get more kills with ranged then I do with BGS. This is probably because of the extra defense you get from the shield. If your melee stats are better I would just stick to meleeing, as you could always take out a GS and add in a shield for the tanker.

Which one would you recommend to have a go at first?...

With your stats, try a whip or bgs setup. The ranged idea is good if you have a tanker (i'm assuming your mates are roughly the same levels?) and if you're not focusing on healing, more on attacking, mainly because a crossbow is much slower than a whip, and eating at the wrong times can sacrifice hits.
