December 13, 200817 yr I am f2p and i like to play on normal (low) detail. My saradomin cloak is constantly glitching out every time I tele or do a random motion (emotes or cooking animation). We have no idea what your talking about 3. if your dad banned you from rs...how do you know the bug is still there? 4. normal detail is translated into High detail, its why you can switch between the two without having to close rs everytime to reload high detail, so when they fix something in normal detail, they're fixing it in high detail too. The cape's graphics are probably glitchy when they get translated.

He asked a legit question, no reason to invalidate an inquiry because he lies or has problems, those are his issues, not yours.
December 13, 200817 yr I think any problem fixed in HD is also fixed in SD, and visa versa. I think it's just a matter of Jagex not getting around to fixing all of the bugs in a quick about of time. I reported what I think is a bug quite some time ago, and last I checked, it wasn't solved. I can only suggest that you just wait it out. If the bug isn't drastically affecting your gameplay experience, it shouldn't be a huge issue. Good luck with your assignment! :thumbsup:
