That would fall under the guide category, which I do not have the time nor inclination to write. I was merely responding to the previous post that was implying that fight pits did not involve much in the way of tactics, which is FAR from the truth.

Go to the pits and observe. Are they using full verac? Are some using a mixture of melee and magic defence armour? Are they using a dragon dagger to spec, or a d bow? Are they using ancients? Are they standing behind those big pillars? Probably, but observing experts usually means you can gather advice from a whole range of sources, instead of just one. If someone is using verac, however, don't copy him while also starting to ice barraging like the guy in ahrim.
