what does it mean when my account is disabled?

  • Author

i havent even got on it for like two years, i just tried again today and it says its disabled... what would be the best way to fix it? someone might have hacked me i had to have my password changed

Have you tried going on the RS homepage and looking through the manage account menu? I suppose ban appeals would be the one your locking for, though they may have a specific option for suspensions.

Edit: try this: https://www.runescape.com/loginapplet/l ... kchoice.ws I assume a suspension is the same thing as a account lock.

Your account is in the green zone. The green zone indicates that there are EITHER no offences against you OR you may have a small number of offences noted down on your account, in which case there will be no long term implications providing you continue to abide by the rules.

Your account is currently in negative credit as a result of billing problems and will not be allowed to access the game. Please see your message centre for details.

..

message center is empty :(

edit: The account 'La Player13' is not currently locked

oh apparently im thirty days in the hole... damn

"Your account has a negative amount of RuneScape credit. You are currently unable to make payments using this payment method.

Your account receives negative credit if you are subject to a payment reversal. The account can be recovered by paying the credit that is owed, which can be done via PayByCash. For example, if you owe 75 days, you will need to subscribe for three months.

Please note that you must not purchase membership for anyone outside of your immediate family.

how am i supposed to pay???

I suppose the only option left would be sending in a message to customer support, but I don't know if you would be able to... You'd have to be willing to pay for members that the account used at some time, hopefully you can be told how much that is by CS. An iffy situation to say the least :(

Edit: If it's 30 days, then that's about 8 bucks to get your account back, with another 8 if your looking to get yourself members

Pay however you want, the message says paypal which is an online site (you'll have to make an account), but you can use credit cards, pay by phone, etc. (Depends where you live).

You can see your options here: https://www.runescape.com/loginapplet/l ... options.ws
