just a little trick.

 

it is possible to use superheat on jogre bones and to take logs&tinderbox for cooking burntjogre bones & grinded marambwanji so you dont need to spend more time on travelling to furance and cooking range

Did you actually do this yourself in game? We'd need someone else to confirm. It's certainly an intriguing idea.

indeed i have. i was very stunned. its an enormus time saver.

 

bring logs, tinderbox, superheat runes and a pestle and mortar. i did it when i got to GE and i didnt want to go to lumby furance n then to cooking range so this idea came up. it worked!!

I can confirm this trick. I am doing this quest now, and just made these marinated bones. I used the spell "Superheat Item" on the Jogre Bones, and it worked: I got burnt Jogre bones.

A test subject attempted this in game and was unable to do it during the quest. He got the message "you must use this spell on ores."

 

 

 

I completed the quest long ago, and I was able to use it to burn some bones.

 

 

 

I don't know what to think.

I need to finish this quest with my current account so I'll test it out tonight and take a few screenshots.
