MMORPG Survey: Gamers Wanted

Featured Replies

I took the survey yesterday, I'll probably skew your results because I'm a girl GASP. But it'd be interesting to find out when you're done how many were female and how many were male.

I just thought the bit with class/race was kind of random, I only play RuneScape as an MMORPG... Not WoW... So I answered with what I usually play as in D&D. :D

Thanks for filling it in. More than 300 females gamers have filled it in. If you would you like to see the results please email me at; [email protected]

I need your email address in order to send you the results. More than 20% of gamers are female that's according to research.

relax. surveymonkey is just that... a survey site.

You tell him/her. I just need to know your views about MMOs

One thing I''m wondering is that, you are investigating the impact of MMORPG's on the social and psychological aspects of players' lives, yet there are not many questions actually directed at the social life (Like "On average, how many times do you interact with friends?", etc.). Just something I noticed that seemed weird.

There's no such thing as regret. A regret means you are unhappy with the person you are now,

and if you're unhappy with the person you are, you change yourself. That

regret will no longer be a regret, because it will help to form the new,

better you. So really, a regret isn't a regret.

It's experience.

There are many questions on the social aspects of MMOs in parts 2 and 3.

I need a name for my project/thesis. I was thinking of calling it the "MMOPROJECT". But I think it's too basic. I need something more catchy like the "The Daedalus Project"!

Can anyone think of a good name for my MMORPG Project? Something different and new which stands out. Please post on here or email me your ideas at [email protected]

Thanks in advance.
