I am trying to buy the pirate clothing to do the Rockin Out Quest and when I click on Trade mike all I het is a convo to option to trade.

 

 

 

I have long ago completed the Cabin Fever Quest. Have talked to Bill Teach, etc. What in the name of Santa Claus is going on here?
