Kazel
Hey. I just got Rockband for my Wii for Christmas, and I was really excited. So I went and hooked it up at 9 in the morning, tried out drums (which I fail at by the way), then swapped to my good ol' guitar. It worked fine. Played guitar for a few songs, maybe 3-4 (approximately half an hour), then got off at about 9:30 to let my bro play his new games. I think I left the power switch in the "on" position when I left, however I can't be sure. Later on, my cousins came over to visit for a bit and they wanted to try it out. Again, the guitar worked fine. This was at about 2:30 (again, I think I left the power switch in the "on" position.) Eventually they left, and I went to play it at about 4:00. Got to the main screen and bam. The guitar wouldn't worked. I swapped out the batteries twice, and nothing was damaged at all. My problem is this: The USB wireless bit (not sure what it's called, but it's the part with the blue light that connects to the Wii itself) flashes blue as it is supposed to (I think, or is it not supposed to?) but the guitar won't connect at all. Somebody please help! I've tried the official website they give (http://support.ea.com/rockband), but it didn't give any relevant information whatsoever. Kazel
The lights on the wii remote flash when you click something, and then stop flashing? No, that would be if the Wii remote were out of battery. I'm talking about the wireless guitar that comes with Rockband. SLAYERGEEK

See if there is a red sync button on the guitar anywhere. If there is press it with the sync button by the sd card slot and it should connect. If there isn't, I don't know what to say. Just keep searching google, or maybe someone with rockband 2 will be able to help you (I unfortunatly only have gh 4) Forum Updates & Suggestions <------ Let your voice be heard!Forum Games <------- Coolest place on Tip.ItTip.It Forum Rules <------- Read them! IeatWindex
Happens to me too. Click the button on the wireless thing so the light doesn't blink. Then turn your guitar off, then back on. click the activate guitar symbol, and press the activate button next to the whammy bar, then turn the wireless thing back on, and keep pressing the activate button and make sure you point the head of the guitar towards the wireless signal thing, and it should work.
