eekarf
Where's a good place for me to train my combat stats? Levels: Attack: 63 Strength: 64 Defense: 61 Hitpoints: 64 Prayer: 48 Total combat level: 79 I only care about training melee, but if it makes a difference I have 56 Range and 71 Magic. For defense I wear full rune with a dragon med instead of rune helm and I also wear a Glory and Ring of Wealth. And for offense I use a dragon longsword. I don't mind buying a new weapon or different armor if it means more efficient training. Also I just bought a whip so I only want to train attack until I get it to level 70. Mid
id say slayerin is the way to go. If not possibly green dragons for cash. You should do the fremnick trials quest and get yourself a berserker helm. better then d med i feel. also id suggest ankous for quik xp and decent cash. slayer would be my first choice though gives you a change of scenery ya know. ladycai
^ Agree, berserker helm (and in the long run, Neitiznot) > Dragon Med. Also, a dragon scimitar is better than a dragon longsword, and it is worth the effort. Once you get 3 more attack, strength or attack and strength combined don't forget to hit the warrior's guild to grab a rune defender, which really tops a rune kite by far. Sell your whip for now and use it to get better things, like dragon boots (if you don't have at the moment), obsidian cape (which is really preferred, or you can wait to do the legend's quest) and RFD gloves (if not, then how's about a combat bracelet?) Use some of the spare money to buy monkfish or good fish to train with, unless you fish em yourself. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]

Cptbaker08
Recipe For Disaster, quite a long quest, would be best to look it up on tip.it before trying to do some of it. ladycai
RFD gloves are debatably the best gloves in RuneScape. The highest level ones "barrow" gloves give +12 in stab, slash, crush, summoning, range attack and defense (+6 in mage attack and defense) as well as a +12 prayer bonus. Of course, you'd have to finish the entire quest before being able to purchase them. 95/99 Summoning95/99 Slayer [hide=This is what you look like when you play RS too long][/hide]
eekarf
well ive got 4 mil spare cash not including the whip i just bought, so what do I want to buy? i already have the obby cape and rune boots. is it worth getting the upgrade to dragon boots? also ive been using the family crest gauntlets as gloves, theyre probably not very good so should i buy dragon gloves? Nel Tu Oderschvank
Dragon boots are okay, since you'd be owning a pair in the future so might as well get them now. If you have not done RFD up to a certain point, you can't buy Dragon gloves and anyway they aren't tradable. If you are talking about FOG Dragon Gauntlets, then make sure you get them charged first before using them if you really want to get a pair from G.E.
