December 26, 200817 yr I just used my boots to recharge my lyre but instead of the 3 charges I get with a manta ray it only gave me 2. Is this the way they were programmed or is it a glitch?

January 5, 200917 yr Actually, you're sposed to get 3 charges... 3 when you contact her over a distance 4 when you meet her face to face without the boots (as per normal) and 6 (bonus of 2 charges) when meeting her face to face with the boots on...
