December 27, 200817 yr Hello, I am currently 65 woodcutting. I have a dragon axe and I am planning on woodcutting willows in draynor and banking. If I play 1 hour a day, how long will this take me?
December 27, 200817 yr well time your self and cut fer 1 hour and see how many logs you cut after that calculate that by the xp of willows and then find the total xp you will need for 99 :!:
December 27, 200817 yr Very very long, how's that for an answer? You still need about 12.5 mil experience, right? And woodcutting willows and banking in Draynor earns at most about 30k exp/hour, I'm pretty sure. So: 12,500,000 divided by 30,000 comes out to be about 417, so roughly 417 hours, or about a year and two and a half months at 1 hour a day. If you're members, might I suggest some (much, much) faster methods? The best would be to do the Monkey Madness quest and cut/drop mahogany on Ape Atoll. It's random free, and you can easily get much higher experience rates than you will with willows. And willows are crap for junk and worthless for anything else, anyway. Final summary: It will take you forever. Find a faster way.

December 27, 200817 yr How about training to 70 and then switching over to yews? Yews earn much more profit than willows, even though the cutting time is much slower. 200 exp per log isn't bad either. To top it all off, there are plenty of places with both multiple yews and a nearby bank. Getting 99 woodcutting will still be horribly slow, but at least you'll have a much better secondary product to show from it. Willow logs are 18 gp each, yews are ~800 last time I checked. Also, if you later plan to raise fletching, you can profit by crafting yew longs and alching them, while willow longs are only good in gigantic numbers for junk trades.

I was going to eventually get 92 fm for adze or whatever. xD 2 birds with one stone. Thanks!

December 27, 200817 yr well im going for 99 wc as well, i get 55k an hour cutting willows in a secret place only high lvls can use that not many ppl know about...srry im not leaking it, but i also get about 49k an hour cutting eucalyptus trees while making 120k an hour not including seeds and birds nests
December 28, 200817 yr I'm going for 99 as well... Since you have members you will have the luxury of better spots than f2p, and probably less crowded. On f2p I use rimmy yews and use the cabbage tele, not to bad gets me a lot of yews. If I were you I would just cut yews all the way. Good money. BTW yews are 475 market price on the GE. Wc'ing my way to 99 (Wish me luck)
