December 28, 200817 yr Graahk + any jewellry bank once you have the level for graahk. Next best is piscatoris bank + that obelisk, requires swan song quest. Next best is taverly teleporting with house portal, followed by teleporting fally. If there's anything better, i can't remember it.
December 28, 200817 yr I found ballooning to Taverly then duelling ring to CW was very quick until I had the level to summon Kyatts.

January 5, 200917 yr the gold charms that u get by finishing wolf whistle quest will get u to at least 21 summ; after that, u will have to work for your charms. once a week u can raise your lvl bu using the penguins, but i dont recomend it at low lvls. Quest Cape achieved on 27/4/09but nomad is preventing me to get it back...
