Hey everyone. My name is Rhupajiva. I stated playing Runescape in June 2005 (at the end of my freshman year at the University of Pittsburgh). I am currently a first year Masters student at Carnegie Mellon University. I grew up in Pittsburgh and continue to live there (middle school through graduate school within one square mile). Go Steelers! I play this game for its sheer variety. The strong relationships I developed along the way also keep me active.

I recently maxed out my house (at 94 construction). This means I currently own everything that can be placed in a hot spot (including Steel Dragon and Demonic Throne \ ) Below are pictures of each room - I did not crop them so you can see the full layout of the house. I also included the major costs associated with each room. Please check them out and tell me what you think. I included an analysis of total costs at the end.

 

 

 

I love seeing other peoples houses 8-) Also, if a Tip.It Mod sees this, I will be glad to host a Tip.it house party. I am not how I would organize this.

It's been awhile since we've talked, and it's neat so see you now, especially after I was thinking about a House Re-vamp.

 

Best of luck to you, maxing out your house! It's a good project to keep you busy, either making money or running back and forth building furniture. Sounds fun too! I haven't done much with my house since I got 90 construction, but it looks like you're still going strong! Don't max it all out however, some stuff looks better in other versions *cough* Crystal Thrones *Cough*

I am going to get 99 after I get 99 summoning and 99 prayer. Since I can make everything, no rush to get cape.
