Just do it and you can acess barrows/slayer tower/quests :thumbsup:

I think you used to be able to charter a ship to port phasmatys without doing priest in peril, but that may have been fixed. All other methods of getting there have always been off limits before doing the quest.

It's all closed, you need to do the quest.

 

 

 

65: Ornate Railing: Temple on the Salve: Can be used after completing the Priest in Peril quest, avoids going through the Temple dungeon to get to Morytania.
