Exp lamps?

I remember someone telling me that I would get 2 exp lamps for completing tutorial island, right...?

I believe you have to collect them from a knight, as 7o7 said. I think he's down the ladder in Lumbridge, the closest "!" on the minimap from when you spawn in Lumbridge.
