January 6, 200917 yr It is more faster than rune. I don't know how much faster exactly, however. It's worth buying if you're going for the most EXP per hour, I think, if you have a little extra scratch. However, as an alternative, if you have 92 firemaking, the Inferno Adze is comparable to the Dragon Axe with no cost to own (except for the logs to obtain it).
