First virus I've ever really fallen for..

The hottest girl i know send me a message that read:

Lindsey says:

Waha

Lindsey says:

http://www.somethinsomethinsomethinsomething.jpg

I click on it, and it asks if i would like to open the image or save it, I clicked open. Now, I have a computer virus.

Every so often, it will open up a message screen with anybody who is online on my list, and it will type in the same thing (waha, URL)

Btw purepehmo, I'm srry, and I wasn't intentionally tryin to give it to you, so unblock me please

Ahh Merc, but wasn't it a jpeg that he opened? He surely wasn't expecting a virus from a jpeg?

Well, from being a member of tif alone, you should know what to do. Dont log into msn first of all. Simply run an antivirus scan, preferably something like norton, avg, or trendmicro. Run a spyware scan also. May want to do all of this in safemode, so you are sure its all out. Uninstall and reinstall msn, change msn password.
