Well what stats do i need then?

95 atk str def seems reasonable, and it would be much faster (and easier to kill jad) just to get 80 range.

Havnet been a member for that long now so my advice isnt the best, but i think iron knives at spiders in SOS might be decent exp.

Jad at your melee stats? No, just no. Get everything to about 95, 99 for that matter, then try then.

 

 

 

The best alternative is range, check out the guided in AOW, there are many fast ways of training ranged.

What about fight caves?i got 60-80 Attack there,and 60-80 defence there,and the good thing is that you don't need food.

If you want [cabbage] slow exp, go for it.

King Lathas training grounds if you did any of the ardy quests. Experiments if you did "Creature of F". Most types of giants tend to be decent ranging xp as well.

Fire giants are pretty good for training range, they have low defence and can be safespotted. The best place to range them is in the waterfall dungeon (from waterfall quest), but you there is also a safespot in the smoke dungeon, and you can find them in the chaos tunnels (I don't think that there is a safespot in the ct).
