well i used to be able to buy 100 say dragon scimitars every 4 hours. now i am managing just 10, has the cap been reduced to a mere 10 or am i just getting low sales, i have tried it with 3 items i have 20 20 and 20 over the past 6 hours

Probably just poor sales. I would have expected an official announcement regarding this if it had changed. Jagex never really took a hard stance against merchanting either.

i used to make atleast 1m a day just before pvp off weapons alone, i stopped since the demand for everything rose at pvp and it was just not worth the effort so maximum 3 months this has been going on?
