Defence Training (need good drops)

I have 54 def and i want to get 60 quick (but not too fast) but have good drops that could get good money.

 

 

 

I have 70 Combat (members) 56 HP and 60 Atk (using d long atm)

 

 

 

I just don't want to fight Flesh Crawlers (those things annoy me!)

 

 

 

Any ideas of what monster i can train on?

I train on rock crabs.. they drop seaweed (noted) and limps among other things. Fast xp, and a good little amount of cash to go with it.

for fast exp yaks are good but they offer no decent drops. If you want to train on cockroach soldiers they drop rune scimitars, rune sq shields and lots of laws and deaths very often. They also drop noted mithrikl and addy ores. They offer fairly decent xp but they have a strong shell so you will need to use a crush attack.

I found when I was training on cockroach soldiers that they were not very fast xp...maybe that was just me...but it seemed dreadfully slow...I'd try rock lobs if I were you

Cockroach soldiers also drop dragon skimmys if you want to kill those.
