Part of the reward for completing the Easy portion of the Seer's Achievment Diary.

 

 

 

When worn, the NPC Geoffrey (found in the flax field South of the Seer's Village) recognizes you as an honorary seer, and will give you 30 noted flax once per day.

 

 

 

If you lose the headband, simply speak to any Seer in the Seer's Village to get it back.
