I'm in no real need for money, I just have to update my armour and only have 20k at the moment. (I need Adam and I'm still using Steel).

 

 

 

Can anyone explain how it works/some good items to use when merchanting?

 

I've tried a few times but I always end up losing like 10K.

nobody will tell you the items they like to merchent, as their secret could get out and become nonprofit.

(though at that low a level(no offense) your better off harvesting resources to earn money, flax in p2p, uuuuuh....dunno about f2p.)

I think the nest-egg in f2p is feathers and clay. At least, that's what I've been hearing all over the place lately.

It's silly merchanting with such little money on f2p, - get your first mil through skilling then get what you need.

 

 

 

And adament is only like 30k.... surely you're not that poor?!

 

 

 

If you only need 30k, kill a few cows or chickens and sell everything they drop. (hides, bones, meat, feathers etc...)

 

It will take less than 30 minutes to do this.

I hate to break it to you, but merchanting when you have 20k isn't going to yield much profit, and it would be more efficient to gather money other ways until your bank value increases.

If you want to merchant, try to get at least 300-500k. That way your profits are going to be higher because your able to buy more of whatever item your merching. With 20k, you would get maybe...5k profit?
